The Sunday team won a hard fought game to come back from one nil down to win 2 – 1. Despite missing a lot of players, a good performance for a second win in a row.

The Saturday team won 4-0 in the FAI Junior against Ronanstown the weekend.
“We were 2-0 up in the first half. Richie scored from the penalty spot and Shane
finished off a good move to make it 2-0.
We had plenty of chances which we didn’t take. Should have won by more.
Fergus scored an incredible individual goal to make it 3-0 and Donal finished off
a Martin Vereker cross from the right wing.
Played some excellent football at times. New goalkeeper imported from Zimbabwe
was impressive in goals his handling and overall command of the 18 yard box was
impressive.”
