Hey lads,

Pre-season training starts on Tuesday 10th and Thursday 12th July in the Phoenix Park. Make an effort to get down and bring some new players with you. We’ll again have a fitness trainer in to conduct the sessions so make the most of it.

Have you played football before? Are you competitive, dedicated and want to win?

Then St. Judes is the club for you!

We have two competitive teams playing in the Leinster Senior League.

One Saturday team playing Major 1D and a Sunday team playing Division 2.

St. Judes offers diversity with players from all parts of Ireland as well as UK, Slovakia, Zimbabwe, Morocco, U.S.A, France, Spain and Italy. The club is run by the team members with an emphasis on members contributing socially to the club.

St. Judes offers excellent pre-season with a fully qualified fitness coach providing a balance of interesting circuit and cardiovascular work.

St. Judes are looking to recruit a qualified football coach for sessions once a week to work on training games, balls skills and continuing to develop our game.

We have access to several pitches at ALSAA (Aer Lingus Sports and Social) www.alsaa.ie/ which have their own groundkeeper who as well as maintaining the pitches to an excellent standard also marks the pitches and sets up the nets/flags for the games.

Leaving us to concentrate on winning!

We’ve access to dressing rooms and showers and a bar/clubhouse for socialising after the game.

Training is twice a week Tuesdays and Thursdays based on all weather pitches with shower facilities.

Drinks were had in the Barge, The Odeon and Flannerys.Management meeting !
Impressive dancing was on display by most. I think Shane never recovered from that miss earlier in the day as he continued to squander chances !

Photo’s can be found here.

The Saturday and Sunday team had a game at Crumlin United’s ground on Saturday. The game finished 3 – 3 with the Sunday team coming back three times from a goal down.
